I feel that the new station module is somewhat underpowered for something used by a station, and if it was used for a listening outpost for example, it should be able to too look a considerable distance. Coupled with the mod i have which gives us MK4 satellites, i feel it is somewhat redundant.

Even without this mod i feel the value of this thing it a little too much for what you get. I mean, if even a tiny Adv Sat can see so far on its own, then why the hell is a massive dish as blind as a bat? If im not seeing over 1k out or more then why would i build this and not just put down a small say net around?

So yeah, rant aside, my request is, if possible, to greatly increase the default sensor range of the wide area sensor array.
