Mod to start with one of the ultimate/deluxe edition weapons?

I bought the ultimate edition, but I know they're gated behind progression and finding them on the map. Would love to start with one of them, like the revolver or the sniper rifle. Can anyone mod that?

I'm guessing probably not? Like...can't give people ultimate edition weapons if they don't already have it, etc.

But maybe?

Actually, the ultimate edition is just special skins of existing weapons, right? They're not unique. Maybe a mod to start with the rhino revolver, etc.
