CFG files conflicts
So unfortunately, I have just found out that if 2 mods extend the same struct SID (not even modify the same file, but only extend through { refurl }), the game just picks last of them and ignores the other one.

Is there a solution apart from external merge tool to enable extension and overrides of the same cfg file by 2 or more mods? ideal scenario is per-property granularity

Umm,for me everything works fine with refurl (tested with two separated mods)
Maybe you somewhere fuсƙеd up?
