How i can publish my civBE mod on steam?
What i did with ModBuddy:

1. Open Tool/Publish to steamwork
2. Upload new mod
3. Upload Terms -> accept
4. ... i choce xxxxxxx.CivBeMod
5. next
6. fill out the previev
7. start upload....

Then i have follow Text:

Attempting to upload .....
Uploading .....
FileSize.....
File Persisted - True
File Timestamp -14.....
Attempting to publish file....
Failed to published :(
Steam Workshop Result: InsufficientPrivilege
Cleaning up cloud data
Cleanup success
