Do you have a publishing error or is it not even letting you attempt to publish?
I save my campaign then hard reset the whole game to clear out any memory leaks, then publish the map. It typically works.

I hate publish, then I hit test game. Upon completing the level, it just takes me back to an older save of the same map. (Not the newer one that I completed the level on.)

When I boot up the map it is the map that I wish to publish.

If there is no publish campaign window after the completion of the test, then you were not even able to attempt to publish it.

I was though...I hit publish and it gave me the little thing telling me that I first have to complete it. I click to test it, and then I finish the mission and nothing happens.

I meant the upload phase never started

Yeah I don't get that. : ( I can assure you I go into the testing phase but when it ends it just restarts. Should I re-validate..?

Do you return to the editor or does the campaign test restart? It could be a level ending issue.

The test restarts, sometimes on an older save of the map.

It's a single level campaign right?

It should be. I don't remember hitting anything that'd add another level. This is my first time using the level editor, so I might have hit something.

It sounds like you duplicated the map you were working on before you completed it.

Ahh, how would I go about fixing this? I'm not entirely sure on how to fully use the editor?
