This particular mod is supposed to update your "employees" to 5 stars. But apparently it is no longer compatible with v3.52, even so, in prior versions it only updated one "Skill" per npc. (i.e. engineers would get 5 stars in engineering, but their other skills may have no stars, or managers would get leadership 5, but the other important skills would be lacking, like engineering and management, etc.)

The old mod was supposed to update every time you docked in a station or on a capital ship, but it didn't always work.

Can someone please update or remake this mod to update all 8 "Skills" to 5 stars please for all player owned npcs? (owner="player" page............)

I'm really tired of having to edit the .xml manually every time I hire someone, or get a new ship, or once I have a large fleet. Even with copy/paste function it can take several hours if you have a lot of ships and or stations.

Also since the new version release, are we no longer able to employ engineers on stations to keep them repaired?

Also could it be combined or added to the yisha hire/fire mod, so she can take care of acquiring new "employees"?
