Edting .obj Files (Linux)
How can I open and edit .obj files on Linux? I've tried both Wings3D and Blender and neither worked.

Nevermind, I figured it out. Using Blender, you have to "import" rather than "open". What a stupid distinction.

I use blender for .obj files, and Gimp for texturing. Texturing takes a bit more, because you need to UV unwrap your models which can be quite a task.
