Can you open workshop lvls in the editor?
Or only the official ones?

You can, if you know where to look. (Find your Distance userdata directory and copy levels from WorkshopLevels to MyLevels. The userdata directory on Windows is Documents\My Games\Distance, and you'll need to search within WorkshopLevels to find the level you want.)
