Okay so, title says it all but here is some things I looked into.
[1] I have not seen/received any notifications about the item breaking the Steam Code of Conduct for workshop content.
[2] I did some googling and there was a mention it might be locked behind having to spend at least $5, but did not specify where. I can absolutely validate I have spent way more than I should have across several aspects of Steam lol.
[3] There was another mention that [Steam Guard] needed to be active. I can verify mine has been since 2015.
[4] From what I saw, there is no official help/support space for this issue and no help options on the mod page or in the creator tools.

From what I know, the viability option should appear below the DELETE button on the workshop page of the item in question. It is, currently, not there. And seeing that trying to contact Steam/Valve is harder than pulling teeth (just being honest), I am hoping someone out here who sees this knows a fix?
