Expanding the End Game
I'd like to make a mod that expands and extends the end-game. As best I can tell, the game is currently a "rush affinity to your chosen victory, build, done." sort of game. I'd like to change the victory conditions a bit to encourage longer and a bit broader gameplay.

Currently, the best idea I've had for this is to change the Victory conditions: Instead of winning when a single victory is complete, would it be possible to require multiple victories to be complete in order to win? I've added a few other conditions to this list to simply round out the options a bit and make a diplomatic victory possible.

My initial thought was adding an extra option to the advanced setup as such:

"Epic Victory": In order to win, one must meet 3 of the following conditions:
- Complete Contact victory
- Complete Emancipation victory
- Complete Promised Land victory
- Complete Domination victory
- Have the highest score
- Research *all* technologies
- Have a cooperative alliance with *all* other players.

Unfortunately, my current modding experience is limited to tweaking variables and creating new countries in Civ V. Could anyone tell me if making a change like this would be possible?
