Characters are always a good place to start. You may want to try and poach some of the Darkest Dungeons character modders to work on this. I am having a look at it myself.

any way to make your own scenarios? Own story? Is modding only for translating?

I think that if you do characters like a heavy would be cool and maybe even new weapons

For now it seems translation packs are the only thing you can mod...

Perhaps at a later date you can make new agents, items & enemies, or at least I hope you can...

If you look, we already made our Community Modloader and ported some small mods. We also going to get an Modding api when the DLC hits (sometime in fall).
