How is working the "collection" section in a mod?

I would love to use the "collection" section of 1939-1945 SGW mod to add versions in different languages. Is it enough to upload the modified files or do I have to upload the whole mod in different languages version?? Does anybody know how it works??

I don't know for sure, but it looks like you'll have to upload the whole mod in different language versions. Then you can make a collection of those different versions.
