Addons wont show up?

I downloaded a pistol skin with are Lord on it and it wont show up? I checked it in addons and everything, help?

[Moved to Workshop Discussion]
Make sure the Add-on installs to the proper location. Could be a bad add-on.
Do other Add-on's work?
Make sure you restart the game.
If still causing issues make sure to run "Verify Integrity of Game Cache" by right clicking on Contagion in Steam and going to Properties > Local Files
Make sure Steam servers aren't down (friends list is running) and you're able to sync to Steam.
