TES5 CTD Over 2gb Limit

Running Win 7 64, 1gb ATI GPU, 8gb RAM, using "Skyrim Performance Monitor" shows that if RAM > 2gb, monitoring ceases on the CTD. This is a worry, as 3.2gb RAM is usually reached before any CTDs.
Does the 64 bit OS still think this a 32 app?

Wow, can still edit the question after 10 years! Nah, let's just let it be, given that so much has gone under the bridge regarding CTDs over the years.
That old rig is now in semi retirement, so there's not a lot for it to think about these days other than what's ahead in the pasture. :)
