How to add MOD types？

How to add or modify item types??
No matter how I choose and locate my item type, it displays only one item's location in the creative workshop

As far as I know, you will have to specify that prior to submitting it in-game (Assuming the item types you are talking about is like "Barricade" "Tactical" "Map" "Vest" etc.).
On steam itself you can only edit the description, title, add images/video, add dependencies if any.
