[Request] Customisable officer traits
It's annoying to feel the need to 'reroll' if beginning with 2 spanish speakers and 2 merchants. Give us some way to at least ensure every officer has a different trait from the others, if not fully customisable.

You can easily fix this yourself by putting the necessary values ​​in CharacterClasses.xlsx, or using a mod, for example Crew Modification [Extended]

I've set Connections and Specialist to zero because i'm playing with automatic HQ, and don't need them at all.
