Basically my idea is to make a Scatman's World meme add-on, that freezes a frame, puts it into a green screen with the meme text saying "Awesome!" akin to the motivational cat posters at the bottom, while playing Scatman's World. If you are unfamiliar with the meme here is an example,

I have no idea how to even start making an add-on or how it would work for this type of program, but I believe it to be possible for someone who is experienced and knowledgeable on how these work, as it follows a similar style to the squidward/distortion add-on. I think this idea has some potential and if anybody could help me with this that would be greatly appreciated!
