Most (if not all) the modders migrated to the 2021 version. Not likely to get any new mods for this version these days. The 2021 version has some added advantages for modding that couldn't be done in this version. So, I can see why they'd rather do mods in the newer version. But, they also have a Discord channel which you maybe able to chat up some modders to see their thoughts on the issue.
