a mod to populate the faction list?

i've played the game for a long time and i'd like a mod (if it exists) that will populate the faction list. for example the mod impossible start sets all relations to -100 and therefore i can already see all factions in the list on game start.

does a mod like that exist?

All it requires is a mod to add some pre-made relations to the start. So basically all start mods, which pre-set a faction relations will do that. And it is super easy to make your own.
Would you like all vanilla starts did that?

i suppose so. in that case i can just copy what the impossible start did and instead of -100 set it to 0.

Not sure if 0 would work, but 1 might.
