Best bet is go to the skyrim page on nexusmods.com and search the name of the mod(s) you have installed that may need patches. Usually find that the patch has one or both names included in its name. Sometimes, though, they use initials. If for example you want a patch for JK's Skyrim and Immersive Citizens AI Overhaul - if you can't find it with those mod names, then click on each of the mods and read the descriptions and requirements tab, as well as the files tab. You may find a patch in one or the other, or a link to a separate patch.
I don't know if they're doing them for this version of Skyrim, but for Special Edition which I use, Janquel has a patch hub for all of JK's Interior mods and various other mods that need patches with it. You can take a look at JKs, Janquels patches, etc., on the Special Edition nexus, just to get some familiarity with how they're packaged and uploaded, but keep in mind that you want to go back to the Skyrim/oldrim nexus for things that can be used with this version.
