There's no item called "Repair Charge" in the game.
If this is about a custom scenario it's best to ask on the Workshop page for that scenario, or at least mention which scenario you're playing as there's hundreds of custom scenarios.
If you're playing RE2 specifically, you can craft Repair Charges in a constructor. They are super cheap, though I have no idea what "D/727" means.
So you need to insert 727 Repair Charges to repair the damage to your ship. Repair Charges are cheap and can be crafted in most constructors and produce 250 per crafting.
