Subscriptions cause game crashes and Steam hanging

Some strange bugs present in ND or Steam regarding workshop. Subscribing to maps and launching the game can cause game crash and Steam hanging unresposively.

Today I tried to subscribe to Koth Plaza map and Steam downloaded only 2 MB and said "Finished". ND couldn't sync the file and said it was syncing forever. Until Esc of course. This needs some testing and fixing

This is due to temporary Steam issues.

They're been doing much reworking of the Steam Cloud and Workshop backends and client portions over the past couple of months, hence some new issues appearing despite the game not having been touched.
