Respawn Mod?

I am horrible at modding... Which means I can't make this mod myself, duh. But can someone make some sort of mod that respawn you at a random place on the map when you die? I don't want to lose a world that I play on a lot to the death of my player... Maybe some sort of menu upon world generation can change if you want to respawn with all, some, or no items upon death? I will really appreciate any modders who can at least try to make a mod like this!

This is a great idea. I'd love to see this. I have to admit I'm getting slaughtered a lot.

Isn't the meat effigy for? As long as there is a Meat Effigy standing somewhere in the world, the character will be resurrected at the nearest Meat Effigy

I like it too I hope someone can create a a respawn mod :/ I think devs should, It should be called easy mode , But oh well. kind of like minecraft , just saying...
