Very cool City States. I'm guessing they wouldn't work with the latest updates and DLCs, right?

@thecrazyscotsman I really like your city-states but given most Americans haven't even heard of Sri Lanka let alone any of its left-field cities do you mind if i repurpose them into notable city states in the Indian subcontinent?

Just a little thing : your Pyu city-states' civilopedias are a bit thin, and when I read them, well it lacks in the beginning a sentence saying that it's an old city-state from Pyu, Burma, etc. I don't ask to expand them, I suppose few things are known and it's OK, but you don't situate geographically the city-state, and in a game when you fall upon one of them and you don't remember from which mod it comes, you're not sure from which part of the globe it is in some cases.

@Vaulen - yes, by design :)

Is the combat bonus from Tissamaharama linked to the possession of the Seric Iron? Could I, in theory, pass along 1 Seric Iron to my ally so we each share the combat boost?

Well, we have to end apartheid for one. And slow down the nuclear arms race, stop terrorism and world hunger. We have to provide food and shelter for the homeless, and oppose racial discrimination and promote civil rights, while also promoting equal rights for women. We have to encourage a return to traditional moral values. Most importantly, we have to promote general social concern and less materialism in young people.

While I like the idea of city state mods they've never actually been independent states. They're all cities of Sri Lanka, two of which were capitals of Sri Lanka :steammocking:
