Orcs & Norsca Can Trade

This mod allows the AI and player to trade with Orcs, Chaos (if they are edited by other mods to be non-horde based) & Norscans without restriction. This means Norscans can trade with Empire theoretically, Orcs can and will often trade with Vampires, Pirates, and even the Skaven! Worried about Skarsnik sending Spiderzilla to crush Altdorf? Vampire with a bunch of resources that nobody will trade with? Start a trade alliance with the most mercurial races in Warhammer!

Note: Orcs do not produce or make anything of value, thus trading is more important for the limited diplomacy bonus and their consumption of your goods. As a result, Orc AI does not really value trade as it does not benefit them except in longstanding alliances (but that bonus may be the difference between a Waaagh! at you vs your neighbor).

Norscans see value in trade but their psychotic kleptocracy means outside of Kemmler and Morathi, they will demand an obscene amount of compensation for the trade agreement and then promptly burn down the town and take it for themselves. AI Dark Elves love using trade agreements to shore up their northern borders with the Chaos tribes in Naggarond. Order civilizations beware.
