Description

Update of Mehnis mod
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1114619043

  • Added a setting for selecting the lowest preferability of food to be counted
    DesperateOnly,RawBad,RawTasty,MealAwful,MealSimple,MealFine,MealLavish
Examples for each category shows in the config-dialog
  • Changed the calculations for food, instead using the exact amount the pawns require
This should make the mod show more correct values and also ignore pawns that do not eat
  • Added setting to include ingredients for making meals when calculating meal-amount, thanks to llunak!
  • Russian translation fixed by Morbo
  • Added compatibility with SOS2
  • Italian translation by arl85
  • Spanish translation by Ferchu
  • German translation by thephluxer
  • Food calculations should now be done more seldom when there is a lot of food. There is a slider for setting a static update-value if needed.
  • For Chinese tranlsation, use Food Alert_zh by 摄魂狼
  • Added support for Vanilla Nutrient Paste Expanded, thanks to malnormalulo!

Shows a persistent readout with the amount of food you currently have in storage, and an estimate of how long stocks will last. Prevent sudden starvation by knowing how your food supplies are doing.

v0.1.1.1 Russian language added, thanks to Alex.
v0.1.1.0 RimWorld 1.0 compatible
v0.1.0.1 Now has a way nicer readout with all the sexy things I wanted to add.

Thanks to Brrainz - for Harmony and a lot of the code for that readout :)

Would you consider adding an option to only show the alert when you are low on food, below a certain threshold? This mod is really handy in the early game when food is fluctuating wildly, but once I have more than XX many days of food, I don't need to see the message. I only need to see it when I am low on food, not all the time.

@Andre There is no other option than perferrability as that is what pawns use to decide what to eat.
Andre 16 Jul @ 4:23am
@Mlie Yes, the only way I can do something for that is by choosing MealSimple, MealFine or Meal/Lavish and excluding all ingredients from the estimation, but then I don't know how many days of food I really have since it will count prepared meals only.

@Andre Did you look in the mod options?

Is there a way to exclude kibble when counting ingredients? I made a ton of kibble and the alert is now skewed, but I don't wanna count meals only.

Hello, I have often "Error in displaying tool tip" (or something similar). Is it due to my game language? (French). Thanks :)

Hi, i'm getting an occasional error that reads the following:

Could not resolve symbol "3" for string "Food is a concern.

Unfortunately i can't say for sure it's this mod because i don't see the pattern that causes it, hoping for guidance.
