Description
Removes platinum and uranium from the 200mm missile construction cost.

Why? Simply put, 200mm missiles cannot be built using resources excavated from planets. This is because neither uranium, nor platinum, are found on the four planets in the vanilla game.

That said, I did not want to only remove those costs; cobalt has been added to compensate for the removal of the rarer resources. As well, the required magnesium has been increased to a negligible degree.

See images for precise value changes. Both images were taken with 1x assembler efficiency.

CORRECTION (not the first time this has happened) for some reason, I had to load the mod, then load the game TWICE for the changes to populate. So, all functional. Thanks!

Wonderful idea, but non-functional for me at this time. The starting quantity matches what is in game, but I see no change. I'll post again if I can find out why.

Well, sorry to report, but something seems broken. I excitedly loaded this into my current world and found that the recipe did not update for the vanilla missiles. I tried it in a clean vanilla world with the same result. I have been seeing some mods having issues with recipes being changed in the background somehow with the recent update.

On another note, I realized that your recipe images on this page are from before they reduced the crafting costs for missiles (rockets). All values are now 30% of what they were before.

This is fabulous! I have wondered for years why the missiles were gated behind platinum and uranium. It always seemed like a waste of rare materials and I assumed that it was to create 'progression'. It was annoying. Especially before the warfare updates. I wish that I had seen this three years ago. xD I rarely use missiles and have been using Cython's Vanilla Homing Missiles to make them more useful. Now I have to see if that balance works out. xD I'm quite happy with this resource change especially since Keen sees them as 'rockets' now.

I've always wondered why missiles needed Ur and Plat. they don't have a reactor in them nor do they detonate with nuclear force and H2 thrusters dont use plat. Fantastic idea for a mod! can't wait to try it out soon!

I know this question may be annoying, I'm even getting a tiny amount of second hand annoyance from these comments, but does this work with the new WeaponCore compatible version of AWP?

@Jackal747 WeaponCore does not edit Blueprints.sbc, so this should work just fine with it.
