Description
Introduction
Have you ever wondered why all your legendary lords are leading (more or less) the same army?
Have you ever wondered why Skrolk, the Plaguelord of Clan Pestilens is leading Ratling Guns instead of Plague Monks?
Weapon team units are great, but what about everything else? In the late game, they just kind of exist. (And mess up AI Skaven army composition I guess)
Although destroying your enemy with weapon teams can be fun, it became repetitive for me in the late game. This mod aims to change that.

What does this mod do?
While there are already great mods out there that make people use different army compositions, most of them punishes or outright forbids player from spamming out certain units. This mod takes a different approach. Upon reaching level 10, 20 and 30, your LL will be given a trait that improves certain units in his/her army. This will hopefully encourage players to use these units in this LL's army. The script runs for both player and AI, so confederated LLs will come with the correct stage of their trait unlocked and AI will benefit from it.

Anti-Grind Mechanic
Leveling every single LL to level 30 is quite some grind, in order to help with that, an anti-grind mechanic has been added. Once ANY of the Skaven LL (controlled by you or an AI) reaches a specified level, the final stage for ALL LL will be unlocked.
This feature can be configured using Mod Configuration Tool: Reborn. You can choose to deactivate it or change the triggering level. The default value (if you do not use MCT) is: Anti-Grind activated and triggers at level 30.
I do not know what will happen if you change the setting in the middle of a campaign, a fresh start is recommended if you change the setting.

Upon reaching level 30 , Ikit claw will receive a special dilemma. The first option will improve accuracy and speed for Ratling Gun units in his army. The second option will allow Ratling Gun units in his army to shoot 2 projectiles at once while improving their damage and range. But they will turn into stationary turrets that needs to be deployed before they start firing.
(If you use this mod in a pre-existing save, any level up beyond level 30 will trigger the dilemma)

initially I did not want to give any buff to Ratling Guns because they are already OP as it is. But I also felt it would be a crime not to give them some love. I know this is not "balanced", but it is fun. And Ratling Guns are probably why people play Skaven at all.

Should be compatible with any other mod.

Q: Why does Queek buff Clanrats while Tretch buffs Stormvermin?
A: You can find a submod in the collection that swaps the traits between them.

a bit too late, but for some reason my ratling guns wont get any buffs from dilemma i believe it either is some of my mods conflicting this(weird enough) or just bugged for me:steamsad:

Just in case you were to find this : Moar Firepower for skavens is bugged. Ratlings have the "turret" option; but cannot use it. Clicking it has no effect.

Hey! I dunno if it's intended but the crimson guard can't be upgraded with the moulder lab, is that intended?
Mutant Rat Ogres don't get the Hunger from Throt, I'm guessing it's because they're single entities and are not considered Rat Ogres but i think it would be neat to say it.
I also think a stop rampage ability for Throt would be neat.

Great mod (overall with all the others), a staple for whenever i play.
(I would also love to see a compatch with that moulder menagerie mod, mainly for ikkit & Throt)

Moar Firepower is bugged, rattling guns wont deploy
