After much time agonizing and wondering, the full version of Chris Hayabusa is finally playable to the public! I'd like to thank everyone for their support and patience in waiting for this full release to be released! Myself and LeBasth hope you enjoy!

While I didn't plan for Chris to be part of the competitive scene, if there is enough support or hoopla, I will do everything within my power to adjust his sprites and data. LeBasth has been wanting to do other projects, in and out of Rivals, and I don't want to keep him tied to the mod. And since I'm Chris's creator, any updates should be my responsibility.
