@hedgehog gaming The down special is currently being revamped to be different from down-smash. I'll see what I can do about neutral B

Chris honestly could use a bit more work, but you're kinda going in the right direction.

My only gripe is that you need to change grounded down special, as it and down strong both pretty much do the same thing but down special just does it worse. I also recommend changing neutral b as just giving Chris a mediocre projectile that does nothing special and can't combo into anything only hurts the character instead of help him. Try to think of something new for him instead, something more interesting and fun, that way people will be more obligated to play your character. I hope you take my suggestions to heart.

the only problem I have with this character is that he has no real gimmick. Other than that he's really good

Both variants of his dspecial are pretty small, and in general a lot of the attacks feel very 'stubby'. Very solid base of a character, but there's room for some creative improvement and some touchups.

Chris looks a bit generic in terms of his moveset and some of the animations look a bit choppy, so those are two things you definitely should improve there. I'm not saying this mod had no effort put into it or anything, I'm just saying more planning could have been done to give this character a better first impression. But hey, not everyone's first character is perfect. Take it from me, someone who isn't even balancing my own first character because they are too much of a mess lol

at least you plan on improving him more. i say a good start is to add something unique to his kit or redefine his kit to distinguish him from other fighters

I played some matches with this character and all I can say is fighting wise (tilts, aerials, smash attacks etc) their really good. but he needs special moves that can work together with set moves do I have any ideas.....no :( but I know how creative one can get with a kung fu fire brawler. (just promise me no zetterburn crap fuck that character) p.s atleast he looks cooler than most of the brawlers made in the workshop especially cupcake I dont see the appeal just looks like some acrobatic with a love addiction give me karate dog with fire anyday.

The spritework for this character is pretty good, but my first impressions are very bland... Its just. Why would you play this character if you could play Cupcake, or any other character?

He doesnt have a gimmick, his moves are very similar to other c haracters with nothing to compensate, and he's just... boring. I would rather play cupcake, another close ranged brawler with better movement, better tools and more fun gameplay (Of course its subjective but cupcake has a LOT more depth than this character). I guess he has a projectile?
