Development for Ducats

Описание
NOTE: THIS MODE IS ABANDONED! I have other things in life, unfortunately. If you want, you can modify it however

This mod allows you to build a building for just 200 ducats(old screen on the page), which will increase a certain stat in development by 1. After construction, the building will self-destruct.

i did manage to fix interface but i had to format the pc and it's all gone. But still need lot of fixes.

Imagine updating a mod after half year.
Interface in province building still broken (Use designer), AI still cant build it, but it finally doesnt crash. :cozybethesda:

@Aragorn16 probably something broken after 1.31 patch. I right now dont have any time to fix it, but i hope in next morth i will have thath time.
