1930s workers' apartments

Description
Simple apartment building for the early phases of Socialist construction. Although still of average quality (60pc), this cheap building can be ideal to move your workers out of their tents or wooden barracks as your city starts to take shape.

Modeled after a series of buildings built in Rybinsk, North of Moscow, in the years 1933-1937.

Houses 165 adults. Has self-heating ability. Comes with one LOD allowing a five-fold decrease in tris.
A version half the length is available.
NB: Such buildings that have the self-heating ability are found only in the Mod menu, not the standard tab with residential buildings, if anyone has trouble finding them in-game.

A variety of skins is available as a skin mod.

I have no idea about the "Landscape editor" either, but I'd have imagined that everyone knows to find mod items in the Mods tab of the game. I didn't expect to find them in the list of residential buildings where the vanilla ones are located.
Also, if I understand the issue correctly, this problem (if it is one) should apply to all buildings that have the self-heating ability, because this is how I was told it gets scripted into the ini file.
If this is out of date by now, I'd love to know what the updated script changes are.

@r_amiroff thanks :) the ones I used as reference didn't have balconies, but I will check the ones you mentioned, for a potential project later on (my list is huge though).

Хорошая работа!!! Только в этих домах были балконы со стороны двора и подъезды проходные. Например как в Климовске по улице Ленина

@Comrade Joe They do not appear in the list of residential buildings. They are type $CIVIL_BUILDING so they appear on the CIV menu when Landscape Editor is enabled. If you know the name of the building "1930s..." then you can search in under Mods, even without Landscape Editor enabled. People download the mod expecting to see it listed with all of the others, and they don't see it. Most players probably have no idea how to access Landscape Editor mode.

If someone is building one of your apartments after starting in 1960 the game expects them to be using a residential apartment building that will need to be heated. It will work for people, and as someone interested in early starts then it is a nice asset, it's just not obvious to everyone how they would find it.

Just explain to people in the description how to find the assets in the Mod menu.

hey just noticed these comments, I don't understand what issue you're having.
This mod's buildings have self-heating enabled, and can be built without problem whether you play with heating enabled or disabled, as far as I could test. They appear in the list of residential buildings.

@76561198059729641 You don't see these mods because they have heating disabled, which the game takes to mean they are very old houses only available before the normal game start (1960 on). The game wants all residential buildings you construct to require heating during winter, otherwise it is regarded as a "cheat".
