Description
Updated for Barotrauma Version: v1.6.18.1

Information

A cool moveable chess set! Play with your friends!
Chessboard and all pieces can be fabricated from and deconstructed for plastic. Chessboard is placeable similar to a small planter box.

Additional Details

  • Chess Set Kit is deconstructed into a Chessboard and a full set of pieces.
  • Individual pieces and the Chessboard can be deconstructed back into Plastic.
  • Hold RMB and press E to place the Chessboard. Must be the board and not the Kit.
  • The Chess Kit is used as a way to prevent clutter in the Fabrication tab.

Much needed update. Could not replicate issue with deconstructing. When I deconstruct the kit I get all the pieces in the correct placement. Preview images have also been updated.

Deconstructing the chess set only yields black pieces, no white pieces. Literally unplayable.

Also as a chess nerd I am legally required to inform you that the colors of the squares are supposed to be inverse (or rotated 90 degrees). A1 is a dark square and H1 is a light square.

Finally, in your picture for the mod the kings and queens are on the wrong squares. Embarrassing.

New update today. Let me know if anyone finds any issues. Completely reworked how the chess kit works.

@R4skall, It's been an update or two since I have checked on this. Normally if you didn't have space the pieces would just fall on the floor. I will check if that is broken and see what I can do to fix, thanks for the heads up.

if you use the chess set kit and dont have space to hold all the pieces any you cant hold are voided from existence
