@israeliturtle it's actually based off 99 M St in Washington DC. That building may be influenced by the building in Berlin, but idk

This asset is based off Cube Berlin Hauptbahnhof

Thanks for the RICO/Growable clarification. I'd been baffled by that distinction for many assets, not just this one.
