Warning!
The mod requires "Gothic-Assets Pack" to function properly

Optionally, you can install "LCDA_bestiary" to have some more creatures on the map


INFO
General:
-Map based on Gothic 1(2001) and Gothic 2 (2002) by Pyranha Bytes.
-It's Total Overhaul so there's a lot of changes
-Most of the friendly NPC can not be "stunned", if you are looking for slaves, bandits will be perfect for this.
-Resources are found inside their fitting zones to make it more interesting and immersive. Ex: iron is found in mines, caves and mountains.

This is custom map so it must be selected as the main map while creating your new session/server.

For server users,
You need this -> /Game/Mods/MapModBasicDemo/DemoMap
That is path for the map.

PLANS
General plans of what is to come:
  • Gradual difficulty with a higher limit beyond the original Exiled Lands.
  • More sub-biomes to diversify the general lush zones of the map.
  • Several world bosses like elemental dragons.
  • New feats, weapons, armors.
  • Improved AI and loot tables for better immersion.
  • A big city with many trades
  • Many many caves, big and small
  • Few big and complex dungeons.
  • Unique teleportation system.
  • Multiple points of interest. Each unique in its own way, so you won't find the same buildings on the map.

Many people somehow contributed to the creation of the mod, inspiring me and helping in various aspects related to the functioning of the dev kit as well as various problems that I encountered.

Je découvre cette carte, et quelle claque je prends. Elle est tout simplement magnifique. Vraiment dommage qu'elle soit abandonnée pour le moment, même si je comprends le créateur. La charge de travail est immense. Dans tous les cas, bravo à lui pour le travail réalisé.

This mod breaks my heart as it so far is the single nicest modded map I have yet to come across. To see it abandoned is very sad.

Please make sure that all of your mod files aren't named the exact same thing, so we know which ones to order properly, pretty hard to get right when all 3 files are named the exact same thing. Thanks

stronglight79: in your active mod list you use in game, scroll or grab both Gothic & Gothic-Assets Pack down to bottom list. Gothic-Assets need be bottom first then Gothic second
