Try to restore the ancient Roman Empire starting as a Count.
This mod is essentially a special starting position in Napoli (Neapolis) in the starting year 867.
It includes a lot of new Content mostly around the Roman Culture and Hellenic Religion.

Changes

General
  • New Lifestyle with 27 Perks
  • New Era "Restitutio"
  • New Interaction to relase Prisoner
  • New Building Chains for City Holdings (Residential Area and Red light district)
  • You can found the Eastern Roman Empire
  • Chancellor can help other Councilliors with Tasks

Roman culture
  • Most of the innovations of the tribal era are unlocked
  • New Innovations, one Cultural defining
  • Five new combat units for Roman culture
  • New Decisions
  • New Events
  • New Building Chain for Castle Holdings (Slave Market)
  • New Duchy Building Chain (Roman Military Academy)
  • Can rebuild the Coliseum in Rome
  • New Dynasty Legacy Perks including Gladiatores
  • New Governments (Res Publica, Dicatura and Imperium)

Hellenic religion is replaced by "Mythologia Romana"
  • Reformed
  • 3 new custom Tennets
  • Equal rights
  • Perversion accepted
  • 2 additional Holy Sites (Sparta and Neapolis)
  • Better Modifier from all Holy Sites except Rome
  • New Decisions
  • New Events

Province of Napoli
  • Culture Roman and religion Mythologia Romana
  • Development increased and expansion improved
  • Special building "Colosseum of Neapolis"
  • Temple holding with Special Slot for new Temple Building
  • Cosmetic changes

Characters
  • New ruler of Naples, Julia Augusta of House / Dynasty Caesar
  • Trait "Caesar bloodline" for Julia Augusta (unlocked in the ruler designer for 80 points)
  • Husband and daughter for Julia Augusta
  • Each council post has a new character

General

This mod creates a starting position in Napoli in the year 867, which is quite strong.

You get a very strong countess, a good husband and a daughter.
The council is made up of top people.
The province itself is well developed and has excellent values with the fully operational Colosseum.

Your culture is far better developed than practically any other around.
In addition to the large number of unlocked innovations, you have developed five Roman variant of a standard Man at Arms units.

Furthermore, although feudal, you can directly declare war on others.
However, this is opposed to the fact that you only have a single county and your surroundings are hostile to you.

Before you can bring further provinces to the true faith, they must first be brought culturally on the Roman line.

The ultimate goal of restoring the ancient Roman empire is one of the most ambitious in the game.

P.S.: If you want the Character look like in the Screenshots you need the following Mods, I think most People have them anyway because they are Must have Mods for absolutly everybody:

Ethnicities & Portraits Expanded
CFP + EPE Compatibility Patch

The Hair might still be not the same, choose one you like in the Barbershop.

To add some more subtle Graphic Flavor I highly recomend the use of
Flag frame

skela not sure if this helps but when the mod loaded it removed all the discriptors for lands, events, and life styles from what I saw.

I'm crashing while loading the Game. Thats the Problem I do not even get to a Point where I can see what runs and what not.

It could be the Egypt event chain, it used to trigger maybe 2 years after you start playing, and the crash seems too occur two years after starting

This is because I changed some Minor things I know that they have to be changed but left it to the old version because I know that it will not work with the new one ;)
Problem is that it is Hard Crashing and so it is hard to say what's the reason for that.

So steam say the mod is update, but it still crashes and shows an out of date game version. So any ideas

For anyone having problems with pink borders around the Councils tasks. Just copy the Chancellor, chaplain, spymaster and steward Files from \steamapps\common\Crusader Kings III\game\common\council_tasks. Then go to workshop\content\1158310\2601255725\common\council_tasks - delete the files that are in the folder and paste the copied files.
