Pop Growth & Assembly Notifications

Description
This mod will display a notification when a pop has finished growing or assembling, with custom icon, soft sound (as leader lvl up), and links to the planet. Lifespan is short so they don't stack.

Localized in English, French, and Japanese with yuria's patch https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2610560222.

Updated for 3.12.5. It doesn't overwrite vanilla and should be compatible with any other mod.

Credits to Daniel for his original implementation of a similar mod.

gotcha, thanks

Pops grow continuously now, so there is no more discrete event to track. Maybe I could make a version where it tracks the growth of +1000 pops or so, but I'm not even sure it's doable.

Does this still work with 4.0?

Holy fuck this mod is unbelievably important and makes micromanaging so much easier.

@Bellator
You're welcome, thank you for your comment. I had exactly the same feeling that it should be a vanilla feature when making this, and I was really mad about it.

Doing the same for building construction is entirely possible, I may look into it in the near future.

Wonderful mod. It should be standard Stellaris feature. I just wish there would be mod like that for notification when building is finished. Also can confirm it's working for me in: Stellaris 3.7.4 and mod ST: New Horizons (for above version of Stellaaris). God bless you Scr(A)tch.

This mod has integrated well with my playstyle. The pop notification is a convenient way to check on planetary needs. So thanks, nice work

I'm not playing Stellaris ATM, but the mod shoud be quite resilient to updates, except if the file structure is modified, like the 3.0 update. At worst, it just won't work, so there's little need to disable it until I eventually patch it.

Works just fine for me in 3.2

Does this need updating for 3.2?
