Mod Jam: Frost Legion Tweaks (OLD, UNSUPPORTED)

Description
This mod is no longer required as long as you have the re-release of Mod Jam, which you can find by clicking here. You should keep using it if you're still on the original Mod Jam release. I will not be updating or supporting Frost Legion Tweaks going forward.

This is a meta mod of a meta mod. Can we go deeper?

So, what is this thing's purpose?
This Frost Legion Tweaks mods exists to be able to mess with Frost Legion configs reliably. Mod Jam itself cannot do this right now as Mod Jam was released before Frost Legion, CHDLC Run Order does not affect configs, and I am not good enough at coding to figure out how to do all these changes via script instead. At some point in the far future, Mod Jam will need to be re-released (after Long War of the Chosen itself hits Steam Workshop), but until then, I made this very small, simple mod to address some of the balance issues of Frost Legion in the LWOTC+Mod Jam environment.

Here are the specific things that are changed:
  • Chill and bitter chill reduce Mobility by 25% each, rather than 50%. Duration and Dodge debuff has not changed, nor has the full freeze. This change will also affect Bitterfrost Protocol's gear; I could have done this in Mod Jam itself, but I wanted to keep both sets of chill-related changes in one place.

  • Spectral Frost Zombies summoned by the Frost Corress ability used by Frost Necromancers (including the Playable version if you reach MSGT rank and take it) no longer get an action on the turn they're summoned.

  • The Shrike Weapon POI is disabled (Mod Jam may already do this, this is a just-in-case measure).

  • The tier 2 Frost Droids are now called "Heavy Frost Droids", while tier 3 are called "Superheavy Frost Droids". Likewise, tier 2 Frost MECs are now called "Heavy Frost MECs", while tier 3 are called "Superheavy Frost MECs". This is for consistency with the base game robot naming scheme.

  • Mindfreeze's Localization has been updated to reflect what it actually does. This will affect enemy Frost Necromancers, enemy Frost Sectoids and the Playable Frost Necromancers (if you run Playable XCOM 2 Aliens For LWOTC).

Requirements:
Everything under Required Items is needed for this mod to have any real purpose. It won't crash your game or anything without them, but come on. Don't be a muppet.

Conflicts:
There shouldn't be any. This mod is pure config. It overrides things in Frost Legion and Bitterfrost Protocol, and that's about it.
