GARRISON

The garrison system has been completely revised to give it much more logic, strategy and charm.
The capitals will have a very high unit cap, which will also be elite units, which seems logical, protecting capital is important.
Small colonies have slightly more garrisons, but fewer than capitals, so be prepared to get your small colonies overwhelmed and then be besieged by multiple armies on your capital.
There are no more plebs now.
Each special unit for each faction has been reviewed.
I replaced the pikemen to avoid abusing the AI's lack of intelligence and jumping on your pikemen.
A faction with a unique unit will be able to benefit from it in its garrison.
I also fixed the bug in the vanilla version and other mods, where some units are counted as duplicates.
For example, to avoid finding yourself facing a faction with 2 units in its city and another faction of the same culture with 20 units in its city.

Large city level 5:
-12 x elite melee unit
-4 x ranged unit
-3 x ballista
-3 x scorpion
-2 x onager

Settlement level 1:
-5 x medium melee unit
-1 x strong melee unit
-2 x ranged unit

Settlement level 2:
-4 x medium melee unit
-2 x strong melee unit
-2 x ranged unit

Settlement level 3:
-3 x medium melee unit
-3 x strong melee unit
-2 x ranged unit

Settlement level 4:
-2 x medium melee unit

playing with talis city tier 4 has 12 elite units, 4 range and 8 strong units

Playing with Carthage,after I research Sidonian Rites which replaces Carthaginian hoplites to late hoplites, my garrison in cities drops to vanilla amount , from a 19 stack garrison with 8 carthaginian and 4 lybian hoplites to just 1-1 soni have 6 units in a level 2 city ,really sucks especially since it's just for me, all the other factions have the overhauled number

I'm getting errors with DEI. The garrison in some of my provinces have early and late units together and a small undeveloped farm has 12 elite heavy units....for instance...

Hi, what should the load order be for this mod? Does it go at the very top or the very bottom or somewhere in the middle? Also there is a mod called correction recruitment that adds a few vanilla units to the different factions and i think that it is clashing with your mod as it is reverting the changes you have made with your mod and reducing the garrison size to vanilla while keeping the new units you have set in the garrison.
