DEP Armor Block Collection 1.26

In a sandbox game, we need a variety of armor blocks order to build unique ships and bases. This collection includes 81 blocks to expand the ability to be even more creative with our builds.

All these blocks have working collisions, their small grid, light armor, heavy armor and mirrored variants as well as the ability to be painted and have skins. WeaponCore is also supported.

Hopefully in the future Keen will add support for meshing the skins and deformation. Until then, there are limits, not just with this mod. Please don't hold that against me or this mod.

- Deformation and texture joining are limitations on Keens end, please don't hold against me, things that aren't possible as a result.

Reworking all the Icons in the G-menu (there's 190 of them).
Reworking some of the block textures.
Adjusting some build times for larger blocks so they don't take so long to weld/grind.
Another round of collision adjustments (since i found out the debugs redboxes aren't accurate).
I feel this is all much needed now, while it's still possible, before the collection grows further.
