Portals

A pack of Half-Life 1 styled portals that let you connect any one point to many others.

Portals can be found under Entities -> Portals and spawned portals can be configured through the Context menu > Edit Properties.

Entities maintain their relative rotation through portals, meaning that if you enter one from behind you'll emerge from the front. To help in placing portals, use the developer convar to show bounding boxes as well as the direction of any portals.

• portals_lights_enabled - Whether or not portals should emit light if close enough.
  
• portals_lights_range - The distance at which portals should stop emitting light.
  
• portals_allow_custom_colors - Whether players are able to give portals custom colors.
  
• portals_allow_custom_sounds - Whether players are able to give portals custom sounds.
  
• portals_default_sound - The sound to use for portal effects.

Maps used in the screenshots are: rp_resistance_b4, gm_fork, gm_floatingworlds_2_night, rp_zapolye and rp_abandoned for the thumbnail.
