A mod that adds many magical items

Spell Book - An item used for storing spells, can store 4 at any given time. Can be bought at most outposts for around 600 marks, or crafted with 2 silicon, 1 mana and 1 elastin.
Fire Spell - Shoots out flames that deal burn damage and don't start actual fires. Can be bought at research, military and armory merchants for around 600 marks or crafted with 1 flamer, 1 incendium and 1 mana.
Healing Spell - Can be used as a treatment (as you would with a bandage) to heal 10% bleeding, 10% lacerations, 15% burn, 10% gunshot wound, and 10% bite wound and loses 25% durability. Can be bought at research and medical merchants for around 1000 marks or crafted with 2 fentanyl and 2 mana.
Light Spell - Generates a large circle of light around holder when in use, and regenerates the fastest out of all the spells. Can be used to explore caves and ruins. Can be bought at outposts, cities and research outposts for around 600 marks or crafted with 1 flashlight and 2 mana.
Mana Sword Spell - Conjures a temporary magical sword that destroys itself after 30 seconds. Takes 100% durability to summon a sword. Can be bought at research, military and armory merchants for around 600 marks or crafted with a diving knife and 3 mana.
Mana - Generated by the Crystal Ball, used for crafting spells. Sold at cities and research outposts for around 130 marks per mana.
Crystal Ball - Generates 1 mana every minute, crafted with 2 quartz or bought at cities and research outposts for around 150 marks.
Mana Sword - Only obtainable with the Mana Sword Spell. Inflicts 25 lacerations and 10 bleeding on hit and destroys itself after 30 seconds.
Upgraded Fire Spell - Shoots out blue flames that burn underwater and in low oxygen environments, and drains durability half as slow as the FIre Spell. Crafted with a Fire Spell, a Prototype Steam Cannon and 2 Mana.
Upgraded Healing Spell - A more potent version of the Healing Spell that heals 20% of afflictions tagged as "damage", 25% burn and loses 20% durability. Crafted with a Healing Spell, 1 combat stimulant and 2 mana.
Mana Revolver Spell - Conjures a temporary magical revolver that destroys itself after 45 seconds. Can be crafted with a Mana Sword Spell, a revolver and 2 mana.
Mana Revolver - Only obtainable with the Mana Revolver Spell. Inflicts 20 organ damage per shot and destroys itself after 45 seconds.
Repair Spell - A magical spell that repairs the hull of the submarine. Unlike other spells, this doesn't use durability, but rather takes Mana as fuel. Can be bought at mining outposts and research outposts for around 600 marks or crafted with 1 welding tool, 1 welding fuel tank and 3 mana.

All spells will take durability to use, which will regenerate over time. If a spell hits 0% durability, it will become unusable for a few seconds. After this time, it will begin regenerating again as normal.
