Works fine in 1.6, I only had Royalty Tweaks, Animals Logic, Better Workbench Management, Carry Capacity Fixed and Character Editor enabled.

@Felnel maybe you have some conlifcts I have around 300 mods after adding that one no errors and carry cap increased so all good

I tested it on 1.6
didn't work for me.

It works normally on 1.6 so far no errors with mods I use

The original author has abandoned this project, I think it is yours now. I would like to point out to you that there is a conflict between this mod and another "Vanilla Animals Expanded" that prevents small dogs from being able to haul, and it also stops them from eating kibble.

I have removed this mod and the error ceased. I really like this mod, so I will hope you are still playing Rimworld and able to fix, so that I might continue to use it again. Thank you very much!
