Beskrivning
Intro

Be'lakor finally has his cultists! They recruit properly now as any other chaos unit does. The Brethren all start out at the lowest point, simple frontline spearmen. Eventually as they prove themselves they can rank up and retrain like other chaos units as well. You don't need to construct anything to earn them, they will be recruitable immediately on turn 1!

The cultists are a great chaff unit that can help pad out the roster a bit and eventually become a much stronger unit over time. I left mutations out for forsaken and chaos spawn so there is still a reason to take marauders aside from they are better in melee.


DO NOT USE THIS WITH THE OLD PACK

This is the finished version of my Cult of the Possessed mod. I uploaded it to a different pack so I don't break anyone's saves for the time being. The old one will be deleted eventually.

Merga (Legendary Lord)
- Appears in the Lord Pool on turn 1


Once serving the Purple Hand, Merga now serves Be'lakor and has faithfully since the events that happened in the city of Mordheim.

Magister (Hero)



Magisters use dark magics to control the battlefield and strike fear into their enemies. Not yet gifted with chaotic abilities but trusted to lead a sect of cultists. Everywhere these dark magicians roam, chaos follows as they spread the word of the dark gods.






The faceless masses of cultists in their flowing tatters of robes will give their life without hesitation for their dark lord. The Cult of the Possessed have left Mordheim and formed under the Shadowlord's wings. Using whatever scrapped gear they can find, all brethren are seeking to prove themselves as zealots and earn the favour of their lord. Most will perish in this journey, but they all hope to perish as a martyr in his unholy name!

I rly like the flavor of this mod, but I hope Merga has her own special skill points for cultists units.

I love Mordheim, and I love this mod. Thank you for making it.
Would it be possible to get a poison variant of the Brethren Archers or perhaps even some homebrew version like "Weyrdstone / Warpstone Arrows"? If even Bretonnian peasants can get poison arrows the medieval way, surely the crazed lunatics affiliated with the forces of Chaos wouldn't shy away from similar stuff. Would be very much appreciated.
Also, are the ranged options from this mod affected by red line skills like "Malevolent Ranger" and others? Their portrait doesn't show up in the tooltip at least.
Another suggestion I have would be to make the Magister portal skills gain a bonus to spreading the relevant corruption, or an increase to the related army authority. Maybe even a War Shrine mount for them, or a horse / chariot.

Needs a update for the warband interface, using this mod with another mod that interfaces with the warband upgrade system breaks the UI, making it go off the screen.
Otherwise the mod is functional.

Would love if this mod had bit updates,like unique skill tree for Merga and flying mount,like chaos manticore? few more units and morehime do be chaos fortress and this would be one sick mod! appriciate all the work anyway <3 also excuse my English!
