Better sieges

Description
This mod adds the gates as capture points, which bring some noticeable improvements:

AI defends better the area, not just above the walls, they deploy better in the entrances and as they don´t send all their troops above, there is better performance overall (less likely to have laggy/jerky animations) and also the pathfinding works better.

It is more tactical and dynamic, as there are 5 capture points and you can win by holding 2 points and neutralizing another one for at least 15 minutes. But this is not easy because the AI will send reinforcements between the different areas, and act overall in a more dynamic way: they can even go out to fight or use your ladders to climb the walls again.

Also, the siege equipment ignition threshold has been slightly lowered, so it will be a good idea to spot the weak points of the walls for the assault or to invest in better siege equipment.

While in the minor/non-walled settlements, the capture point has been removed, this way this kind of battles are more varied, since they can be deployed in more areas and not be limited to defend a single point, moving troops from one place to another as needed and adding more dynamism.

Mod Compatibility:

This mod is already part of my mods Ancient Combat and Para Bellum Collection and Combat, so is not necessary to subscribe this one if you already use any of these. Although it should be compatible with any other mod, including the overhauls.

It is compatible with my Palisades & Deployables:

and Extended settlements deployment areas mods:

unplayable with the ignition stuff. heavy towers get destroyed a good ways away from the walls. would be better if the trade off was it made arrow towers weaker so you could destroy them with artillery, but it doesnt unfortunately

This mod would be PERFECT without the drop to the ignition threshold. That kind of ruined the whole thing for me, made it stupidly easy to burn siege equipment with ONLY the towers.
Sad, would be awesome if you had a version without this. Otherwise INCREDIBLE Mod

Hey mate, love your mod, reckon you could make another one where when besieging a walled town you start with no ladders (or one ladder if it breaks AI) like in medieval 2 and Rome 1 where actual sieges (not just assaults) and relieving armies were a thing, while the besieger amassed equipment.
