String Lights

Beskrivning
This mod adds 2 styles of string lights, available for both large and small grid. The default version features an assortment of colors, while a second version allows for the bulbs to be painted. The lights are just emissive, similar to Neon Tubes, and have no terminal or light control aside from paint color.

The blocks have a single mount point, so if you want to easily clean your grids up after the holidays removing this mod will delete all string lights without any grid splits or undesired effects.

Two mount points would allow the lights to become structural , holding things together, and thus possibly breaking ships when you remove them. This problem is worse than the issue you describe, so the mod author made the right choice.

These almost need another mount point on the sides, so that you can run them under ledges/overhands or over sloped surfaces. That way they can latch onto something from the side, and then onto each other.

Ok b0ss_302 , I looked through all the other comments and the only thing that may point towards a Brit is the Parker Posey in that name, she was one of them I think. Cool idea, will be handy for runway lights and for colour coded lighting in dark corridors inside large ships or bases to help prevent from getting mixed around in otherwise similar looking corridors etc. Great work and thanks for posting it mate.

You know, aside from the festive uses, this could actually be a real good alternative to neon tubes. I'm imagining just a strip of emissive circles that'd be great for retro-future and alien styled builds.
