Description
This mod adds distinct A.I. tactics.

- Railfan
- Ion
- Wall
- Orbiter
- Scout

Sway, Flee, or Evade AI from version 1 have been removed.
If you load a save with ships that have these A.I. IT WILL CRASH THE GAME!

How to use:

Charge
Charges towards the enemy. DOESN'T RAM! (Use Normal A.I for Rammers)
Dive
Repeats running away and then charging towards the enemy. Useful for very fast Nuke Bombers.
Hold
Attacks nearby enemy but tries to return to the original position.
Ion
Rotates 20° every 20 updates. Attack Default should be pointing 10° Right and close to target.
Kite
Moves away in a straight line. Use it for Mine and Missile ships.
OrbitL
Orbit around the enemy counter-clockwise. Attack Default should be set 45° Left.
OrbitR
Orbit around the enemy clockwise. Attack Default should be set 45° Right.
Railfan
Rotates left and right. Attack Default should be pointing 10° Right. Set railgun mode to 'Fire At Target'.
Scout
Keeps away from all enemies. Put a sensor on it and set Attack Distance far enough to not get hit by missiles, but close enough to see them.
Wall
Moves around the enemy ship fast. Use it for very agile laser ships.

ive finally found the issue,the ship also has a sensor range,ai will not open fire untill enemies appear in their sight(closer than sight radius)

do you know how to change ai's default combat range?ive changed all the weapons' firing range(including range/ideal range/ideal radium),but ai still attempt to get closer to fire,and ive tried all the parameters in file"ai" but no one can change this situation.even in game after you save a firing range,once ai take control of your ship,it will ignore your demand and get closer.

Is there any way to allow AI usage in pvp modes? Domination often ends up with 20-60 ships per player and it's always been a pain to manage. Being able to use this AI on them would be awesome.

Now features actual competitive strategies . Destroy your opponents with the new Railfan A.I.!

CAUTION: If you load a save with ships that have Sway, Flee, or Evade A.I., IT WILL CRASH THE GAME!
