This mod needs to be updated. The recent fixes for Millenium Dawn fixes a bug where you couldn't put nuclear reactors in frigates, but this mod brings the bug back. The module_count_limit needs to be removed for the reactors on the frigate.

so there are people using puppets navy :o unless there is carriers, I thought you would only delete it (as refitting foreign ships, if possible, often cost the same as building one/several of your own^^)
