Cut Challenges

Описание
Adds back all the cut challenges from downpour. Be aware these were tested minimally just to make sure they don't crash.

i think every challenge crashes, even the ones coming from downpour

They do crash, though probably due to incompatibility with watcher. I haven't tried opening since watcher without it activated.

Just thought I'd bring this supposed bug up.
Since challenge 79 is not loading for me at all, it essentially softlocks the game and I'm forced to close the game due to it.

not sure why that's happening, i've just dragged some files from one place to another. try disabling other mods?
