Description: Suddenly, the small creature known simply as a "glowy" spontaneously grows a long neck, a beak, a pair of arms, a glowing spot on its chest and its wings come back too. Its original eyes can no longer see and have been reduced to merely antennae, while its eyespot has become perfectly functional as an eye, and also has grown a second one.

Its next stage of life is some form of octopus god. Because I said so.
